Overview
Formatting toolbar for the document editor. Provides bold, italic, underline, heading, and list controls.
Requirements
toolbar-toggle: Each formatting button MUST toggle its state to reflect current selection formatting.
toolbar-disable: Toolbar buttons MUST be disabled when no document is open.
